Not very often do I feel the requirement to compliment a service, however as customer I know Jessica Hewitt went above and beyond the call of duty. Jessica remained professional assertive and was direct in helping me achieve/resolve a matter/issue. This is the professionalism I expect which not only left me with smiles but extremely satisfied with the service provided. With out any hesitation/doubt should the opportunity arise to use any schemes offered by Northern Gas in the future I would consider purely down to the experience/services provided by Jessica and her Team. Finally There was a small request to Jessica, to help a potential customer who has had extreme past/present struggles. With careful thought and discussion Jessica was happy to entertain this in the new year and aim to find a solution for this customer.
