I bought a pair of Altras online from NorthernRunner. Their communication was first class. They helped me to determine which size would be best for me, working off my foot measurements I had sent to them. They even went to the trouble of removing the insoles to check my feet measurements against it. Once I decided on my size with their advice, I found my size was not in stock on their online site, to which they went into the stores and found one pair left, which they immediately made available for me. Once I ordered them, they arrived within 3 working days all securely packed and boxed up as expected. I would definitely use NorthernRunner again. I also found them to be the best prices around. 10/10
