To be honest, I'd never heard of "Northern Runner" until the name and site came up when searching for a pair of HOKA Skyward X running shoes that were completely sold out everywhere, including with HOKA. After a quick Trustpilot check, which highly rated "Northern Runner', I decided to take the chance and give them a go. I was not disappointed. From the moment I made my purchase and paid for the order, the service and communication from Northern Runner was nothing less than excellent, timely and highly polished. The first thing I got, was a very professional "order acknowledgment' from Northern Runner in the form of an email detailing, in a statement fashion, everything about my order, plus all that I needed to know about Northern Runner and their Order process. The next communication I received was a "Your order is on its way" email, which again was highly detailed and easy to understand, plus provided a tracking link for the order. So far, an excellent service. And just to add to the excellent experience, having paid slightly extra for an express delivery, the shoes actually turned up a day earlier than expected and having done so, were brand new and immaculate, as per the attached picture. I have to say, for a "small, local" independent business, as I think Northern Runner" are, their product, customer service, delivery and process architecture, is absolutely excellent and second to none. It takes a lot of thought, process and hard work, to make something look and "feel" that easy, and Northern Runner are certainly right up there with anyone of whom I've made a high value product purchase from. I would highly recommend Nothern Runner and will certainly be coming back to them as a first option when looking to buy any more sporting material. Absolutely excellent product and service. Thank you.
