Very friendly approach, I was given plenty of time to check out the car and a lengthy test drive. I was also given a fair price for the car I traded in. After taking possession of the car, the battery went flat. I was promptly given a refund from Northover Cars for the battery I purchased. My only observation is that I would have liked a brief tour of the car and an explanation of the systems and controls before driving away, It wasn't a major issue, and I am sure that I would have been given the advice if I had asked for it. All in all, a very positive experience - I would definitely consider buying another car from Northover.
