Excellent friendly environment. Absolutely no pressure, just given the keys to a Mercedes with half a tank of fuel and invited to have a test drive. Nothing was too much trouble. The car was delivered to my home approx 60 miles away, I hadn't even paid for it when I took ownership!!! My wife was very impressed by refreshments and sparkling toilets! Mike.
