This review has been written by an extremely happy customer. I recently purchased a Mercedes A180 from Northover Cars. I first saw the car on the website and to be honest, I was somewhat dubious as it was everything I wanted. I called Northover Cars to enquire about the car further. I also explained my reservations which included that I lived just over 60 miles from the dealership. Staurt reassured me that the car was exactly as described and so I began my journey. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and genuine. I was provided with the keys and allowed to go and view the vehicle without being accompanied which was nice as there have been occasions where I have felt rather pressured when accompanied. I was then offered a test drive which may I highlight was probably one of the things I loved most about the purchase of my car. I was taken on a 10 mile test drive, both through the town and on the motorway. This gave me a real feel for how the car drives. When we arrived back at the dealership, I was shown the paperwork for the car and at this point, I really knew this car was the one. I explained to Stuart that although the car seemed to be fine mechanically, I have never previously purchased a car without having my mechanic check it over first. Stuart was completely understanding. He informed me that I could put down a small deposit and that the car would be held for me until my mechanic checked it over. He also reassured me that should any faults be found, they would try their best to rectify them prior to me completing the purchase. My mechanic went to view the car two days later and he was impressed. Furthermore, he was speechless which is rare. He commented on the quality of the car as well as how professional the staff were. I completed the purchase a few days later. I would definitely recommend Northover Cars. Thanks again Stuart and co.
