A much different and more pleasurable experience than I've ever had with other dealers - and I'm not exaggerating! Stuart, Steve and the team did everything possible to make the sale a smooth and memorable one. Not only are they friendly, knowledgable and care about their customers, they are also passionate about cars and passionate about their business. The car was immaculately presented before I took it for a test drive with just my partner, giving us an opportunity to discuss our experience without pressure - and it was clear at this point that this was a gem of a car at a great price. Once I had decided to purchase, Northover Cars gave it a further Valet and detailing, MOT and ironed out a couple of minor things, without issue, that I had asked to be looked at. This was all done and delivered in time for me to take my new car on a planned journey up to Cheshire 4 days later, Stuart even sorted out my Vehicle tax for me. If that wasn't enough, a minor unforeseen problem with the car that developed during my trip away was quickly dealt with on my return. I'm impressed. Will I be buying from Northover Cars again in the future? Without a doubt, they will be top of my list.
