I'm happy to say that my company was able extend the life of older EMC and Dell hardware as well some Cisco equipment an extra 3 years with a level four hour response time service times like we received from manufacturers. It has been huge help in middle Of new hybrid on-prem/cloud infrastructure roll out process because all repairs were always perfect, parts available whenever needed plus they provided firmware updates for stuff going beyond manufacturer warranty
