Ordered 2 harnesses 29th March 21, chased up order to be told out of stock, chased up order a second time still out of stock, wait another week or so, chased up again to be told they’ll send me some treats and a £5 voucher, told them I would like a refund not treats or the voucher, as they still couldn’t give me a delivery date.
Despite 20 emails they still haven’t refunded my £80.26p.
I messaged who I believe is the owner on FB (after checking Companies House), and my message has been ignored.
I ADVISE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - others have said they’re owed money and have been waiting ages.
I do not rate this company at all.
By the way, Emails are monitored by Zendesk, so don’t expect a NOT IN THE DOG HOUSE employee to reply.
