Same experience as most people. I ordered a dog bed on 5th April which was never delivered. Very "nice customer service person" said apologies but my item unexpectedly out of stock. After 3 weeks I asked them to cancel and refund which they promised to do within 7 to 10 days. The refund never appeared and I ended up involving my bank to retrieve the money. They take your money without the item being in stock. Reviews on their own site show 5 stars but other review sites show poor service.
