I ordered a new harness for my puppy. After a month it still had not arrived. I had been told it was due any day. Eventually I asked to cancel my order as I had to buy another harness elsewhere. This was done, but I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. This has been more than a month again. There is no phone number and the email responses are extremely slow. They just say that there accounts department are dealing with it.
