Terrible company to deal with! Ordered an item, paid for Express Shipping (3 days). 7 days later, my item has still not been dispatched so I send an email to chase up only to be told my item had been dispatched that day and I would receive tracking information shortly. Fast forward 3 more days, 2 more chase ups for tracking information and no reply.
They have processed a refund but subsequently cancelled the refund a few hours later and now no longer responding to my emails chasing up my money. As a result, the company still have my money - Upon digging further, the refund was cancelled by their bank account as they did not have sufficient funds to process the refund (£66). I am now having to go through the process to re-claim the refund through my bank account.
Phone numbers do not work for the company, there is no response to any emails I am sending, this is pathetic.
