Placed order Saturday 11 June on Standard Delivery (5 Business Days) - £4.99. Received email Monday 13th to say it had been despatched, but by Friday (5th business day), the order had still not arrived. Tried to make contact, but didn't receive any response.
Had to find somewhere else to go and get food, as by this point, we were completely out.
By Monday afternoon, our order still hadn't been delivered and we still hadn't received any response to our contact made on the Friday.
Emailed again to say how disappointed we were with the company and their service, which we received a response back from within 5 minutes: 'Really sorry about this, I'll send a replacement today on a next day delivery and I'll include a few extras as an apology.' This was never sent to us!
I contacted them again that evening to say the order had finally arrived, but again, didn't hear back.
As I said to Not In The Dog House: 'I'm totally for independent, local businesses, but this has been a terrible experience.'
