I ordered some frozen raw food on 7th August. I still haven’t received it and have been fobbed off by customer services. The first excuse was the heat, but I had to chase them to find this out. They didn’t tell me beforehand that the order would be delayed. Then they told me they’d missed that days dispatch. Then was told it had been dispatched. It’s now 20th August and it still hasn’t arrived. Steer clear pet owners!
