sent wrong order completley and not to the value i paid sent 2 packs of turkey and veg treats instead of 12 grain free james wellbeloved.
now want me to send them back at my cost non refundable and then maybe if they are satisfied with the items returned will give me my money back but not the return postage cost am i really going to trust these people to get maybe some of my money back i do not think so. once bitten twice shy.
