I can only echo VERY LOUDLY the negative comments regarding Not in the Dog House. I have still not received my order placed 16th September for £52.20 despite several emails chasing it up. I like to support small businesses but this cowboy outfit has totally demolished that belief. Lacklustre ‘thank you for your patience’ replies and lies regarding despatch and tracking are beyond belief. I am a first time buyer here ~ stunned that they are in business. Trading Standards need to be informed. Worst ever experience of buying online.
