1. My order never arrived 2. I asked for it to be resent, to a different address, as I was going on holiday, no one ever responded 3. I sent numerous emails and only 2 were ever responded to 4. I rang numerous times, your telephone number is difficult to get hold of 5. Miracuoulsy when I did leave a voicemail saying if no one confirmed the situation with my order I would be arriving at your offices, within 3 days my order arrived. 6. No one has had the courtesy to respond to my numerous emails and above all apologise for the appalling customer service. 7. I would never use this company again!
