Well And Truly In The Doghouse If I could have given less than one star I would.. I ordered 4 bags of dog food on 9th October.. Many emails later and it still hasent arrived, each time I was told something different, in one instance that they would check their warehouse in another that it had already been dispatched.. In the meantime I had to purchase more dog food from a local retailer at a higher cost to me. I have emailed them several times to request a refund as I paid by Clearpay the next payment is due to be taken tomorrow and they keep telling me they will check with thier accounts department and send me an email to confirm that this has been done.. Does anyone have any thoughts on how you can get your money back/future payments cancelled?
