I don’t really know where to start. Before ordering I contacted customer services (on Wednesday 19 October) to see when my items would arrive. I was told by the weekend. I therefore placed the order. I never received dispatch notification, have had to chase on multiple occasions. The owner was even involved and apologised but still 3 weeks later they have not arrived. I have asked for a refund which they’ve said will happen in 7-10 days. I fear I may need to chase again! Customer services are a joke, nobody to speak to just email.
