I have used this company in the past and all was fine, but I placed an order on 3rd November for a new collar for my dog and have still not received it over a month later. I had one email apologising for the delay and then nothing. I've emailed multiple times with no response. The answer phone is always on if I try to call. Am concerned they have gone out of business or are in difficulties. Doubtful I'm going to see the collar or get my money back :-(
