Looks like I’m another unhappy customer,wish I had checked the reviews before ordering ,ordered dog food on the 5th dec ,still not received it ,left messages no returned calls ,emailed them and finally got one reply to say it is with my local courier,asked for tracking as my order shows as Royal Mail 2ndclass with no dispatch ,funny enough not had a response to that and still waiting,I’ll be doing a charge back on my credit card ,it really has to be the most inappropriate name for a terrible business!
