4 days after order confirmation, didn’t receive any further emails or updates. Raised a support question, and received a response saying my order’s “showing as dispatched”. Only then did I receive emails about my orders “being dispatched”.
Some things didn’t add up. In some places the delivery method was Royal Mail, but we were given an Evri tracking link. 7 days from ordering (which was when we should’ve received it by), there wasn’t any further activity showing on the tracking link and status was still “Collected”.
Tried to request help from Evri, they said they will only take inquiries from merchants/senders not recipients. Raised this with further support tickets with Not in the Dog House, no response. Tried calling number, never connects to anyone. It’s 11 days from our date or order, and having read many of these reviews from people who’ve waited months to receive response/order/money back, I decided to contest the charge/purchase as it was already very delayed and we were not getting any response.
Within same day of disputing the purchase via ClearPay, suddenly a response! They were contesting our dispute by simply providing the same tracking details that I needed their help with to begin with! I responded to ClearPay stating that I would like to proceed with the dispute.
