Like many others, I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing 2 dog coats for Christmas presents. Ordered on the 7th December, money taken on the same day then nothing since, I've emailed, rung every day but it's always an automated message saying to leave your details and they will get back to you, they don't! I've also emailed and messaged on messenger, nothing. Shocking company, avoid at all costs!
