Ordered two large bags of burns dog food on the 11/12/22. After not receiving the items, I contacted the company on several occasions and I was promised that my order had been shipped with 'one of two couriers', no tracking information could be provided for this either. As time had passed, I requested a refund to which I was told on the 30/11/22 that this had been processed and the funds should be returned withing 5-10 working days. It is now 30/12/22 and no funds have been returned or no goods delivered. This company is not trust worthy and I would not recommend ordering from them! I am still trying to get my money back!!!
