I placed my first (and last) order on 6 December including Christmas gifts for family dogs. It did not arrive until between Christmas and New Year. When l opened it, some of the items were missing and some unordered items were in there. I have sent several emails and tried to phone. Absolute silence apart from a meaningless zendesk acknowledgement. Shambles. And now l see they are not paying suppliers. Do not trust.
