I seem to have had a similar experience like many disappointed customers. Two items for my dog were ordered back in early November 2022. They have never been received despite apparently having been sent three times. Numerous emails, just under 30 telephone calls, facebook and instagram messages have all gone unanswered. I feel incredibly sad that if this is a genuine small company they are struggling to fulfil orders and not being upfront with customers. May I suggest to all of you who have had the same issues - keep a record of the number of times you have tried to contact this company and how. If you paid by credit card or paypal approach them to recover your money if your goods have not been received within 30 days unless the company has advised of and provided a reason for the delay. If you paid by debit card go to your bank and ask for a chargeback. It is your money you have paid over for goods and if you have not received them you are entitled to your money back. Finally, it is important that you all contact trading standards. The more times they are advised of the failure of this company to fulfil paid orders the more likely it is the company will be investigated. Be fair, be kind, be honest. This company should behave in the same manner. If the company is genuine, it will stop taking orders until they have resolved whatever mess they find themselves in.
