Saw this "family" business and wanted to support them as we also have a family business. I ordered dog food on 29th December, received an email confirming order and that a tracking number would be sent. Also an email from "Will" thanking me for ordering and if he could help with anything let him know. After New Year and still not receiving anything I emailed Will asking where the order was. He informed me he could see it was dispatched. At the same time I received another email from customer services informing me there was a delay with my order and that it would be sent out ASAP. Despite many emails on my side plus phone calls all I have received is one email from "Amy" in customer services apologising and that my order would be sent out ASAP. As I have still not received my order, nor a confirmation it has been sent out I sent email cancelling the order and requesting a full refund. The only replies I had to this have been the generic customer services will be back to you...... I'm no longer waiting and have contacted my bank to recover my funds. .
