Took 17 days to deliver a product that was listed as being available/in stock. 16 of those days were the time taken to get the consignment to the delivery company so clearly not an issue with the delivery company.
Inquired three times as to the status of the order. First inquiry I was told that it had been dispatched, then the second inquiry got no reply, then a few days later an automated email to say 'sorry it's taking longer than usual', then another automated email a few days later to say that my order's on its way. A few days goes past, still nothing, and then after the third inquiry was told that it would be chased up and dispatched straight away. Finally arrived four days after that.
Seems to me some sort of issue with stock control and/or tracking the status of people's orders.
