I Asked to cancel order before it was shipped because my poorly pup is now on a prescription diet, they lied to me about it already being shipped as 2 days later I recieved an email stating they still hadn't shipped it so I emailed and tried to call with no response and recieved items another 4 days after their not shipped yet email I have contacted several times emailed and tried to call to get the food back to them and refunded and had no response what so ever still waiting nearly 2 weeks later very poor customer service would not recommend
