Used the company twice and though the goods were delayed slightly, had no issue. However, the service on this 3rd order has been terrible. Ordered on the 8/1 and then had an email saying the goods would be delayed. Wasn't really an issue as it had happened before, albeit annoying, so I had ordered with enough of the item left. However, contacted them 2 weeks later as I hadn't heard anything. Got a fairly quick reply to say it had been despatched. Emailed again on 23/1 asking them to cancel and refund as I'd had to order the item from elsewhere. No response but the item showed up on the 27th - the despatch label showing a date of 25th. This means they ignored my request. I've been in touch (message on phone and email) to ask for the item to be returned and refunded and they haven't bothered to get back to me. I like using smaller companies when I can, and as not many sell the item I wanted, I was pleased to find this one. That has quickly turned to disappointment and now anger. I guess they think it doesn't matter as there's nothing wrong with the item and it'll still be used, but fail to understand people budget and paying out twice for something in one go can cause problems. Will not be using again and would certainly not recommend to anyone.
