Ordered over 6 weeks ago and still no delivery
I'm a new customer attracted to their keen pricing of dog food.
So I ordered 20 kilos of dry food on the 24th December 2022, I received no tracking number or the name of delivery company.
I wrote and complained end of December and again early January to be told they will resend. However, no tracking number or name of delivery company given. I have written again this week, same (3 times) "copy and paste" written reply received saying refund has been issued.
I googled this company to see independent review company rating 1.5 stars. Hundreds of complaints from buyers stating the same as i have, order not received and refund promised.
I don't expect this company to publish my review but I just want my dog food or refund.
