Ordered raw dog food over 2 weeks ago, got an email after a week to say it had been dispatched. Drlivery has not arrived. No tracking number or anything. Clearly raw frozen dog food needs to arrive ASAP after dispatch. Emailed 3 days ago but no reply. Will never order from this company again.
