I ordered nutriment cat food as my cat is on a raw diet due to allergies. My first order was not dispatched. After waiting a week I emailed 'not in the doghouse' and was told it has been dispatched and you should recieve tracking info shortly. I did not receive any info and after waiting another 2 days I emailed again and was then told another order would be sent out - I've no idea what happened to my first one! When it finally arrived, (10 days after I initially ordered) I defrosted one tray, it is a funny colour, and my cat has refused to eat it! I have since then emailed the company and requested a replacement order be sent out. I've not had a response. Really unimpressed as a single mother with a cat that has very specific dietary needs, I can't just pop to the shop and buy it. I also cannot afford to throw money away on what is clearly "gone off" cat food! I will not be using this company again, I will go straight through the nutriment website in future.
