Took 5 weeks to be delivered despite paying for a 4 day delivery was told it was on the way for over 3 weeks but it wasn’t and then told a refund would be done .to it then not being and the dog food suddenly being sent and tracking after asking for it for 5 weeks and then suddenly it turned up 5 weeks later despite after 3 weeks of waiting me asking to cancel and be refunded and it agreed . Terrible service all round avoid using them!
