I ordered - and paid for - goods which were apparently available on 24th Feb.
I had a message on 3rd March apologising for a delay in despatch.
I had a message saying the order had gone to the warehouse and was waiting for the couriers on 8th March.
I left phone messages (as no-one was answering the phone) on 16th and 17th March which have been ignored; I'm still waiting for a response.
I emailed on 17th March and received a response promising action straight away.
It's now 22nd March, I've emailed again but have no expectations of progress.
