Please don’t be fooled bu this seemingly lovely website and don’t order from them. I ordered a dog bed early January and inadvertently ordered the wrong size. I realised this immediately that I had done it, so messaged to explain but then foolishly ordered the correct size. So 2 orders totalling around £100. I had an email response to say they would refund the error. I have never received the refund nor the order. There is a recorded message on the phone and I have never received a response to my countless emails other than the one when they said they would refund and didn’t.
