If I could give this a zero, I would! Unfortunately, I still haven't received the product I ordered (and paid for) on 9th March. It was only a 2kg bag of puppy Vitalin food! I've tried to contact the company sooooo many times to see where the product is, whenI can expect it, and in the end to request cancellation and a refund. I've had nothing, not the product, not a cancellation or refuund. When they bother to reply to the emails, it is a stock, pre written reply. I've tried calling on different days at different times of day and constantly get a voicemail saying there is no one available to help. I'm really sad to say that this is the worst service and company I've ever dealt with. No product, no contact and no refund. I'd go as far as to call them thieves! Seriously unhappy customer.
