Food and treats ordered on 29th March and needed to cancel the food so phoned to cancel the order on 6th April, no answer. Phoned again next day, no answer so a message left on the answering phone. No contact so I emailed the company on 10th April requesting the order be cancelled. I was notified the order could not be cancelled because it had been dispatched, it is now 17th April and I have not received either a tracking notice or my order, very disappointed with this company.
