I have been sent a link via email to review my order with Not In The Dog House. I ordered at the very beginning of April and now, on the 19th, I have still not received anything. I have tried contacting customer support twice on the phone, with no one answering, and have left 2 voicemail messages, both of which have no been replied to in any way. I have received no communication apart from 'automated' emails. I very rarely write reviews, but given that I gave this company a go to order my cat food, I feel the need to ward other people from ordering from here. So disappointed in the customer support/service.
