I ordered dog treats (#124947 on the 7th of April, and #123380 on the 20th of March, I waited a whole month ). I haven't received either of them. I sent you many times my concerns including a refund request.
You made many excuses not a refund, not sending the replacement whatever. I found out your business is NO good at all. Many customers are losing money every day. I am also one of them. If you do not have any stock of dog foods. You should be honest and tell customers that you can not supply to us. I really disappointed with your running way of business and never visiting your web site. Hopefully, other customers won't be upset about their purchase from you any more.
