I placed an order in March and was given a delivery date of 4th April. Today is 4th May and I am still waiting for the arrival of my order. I contacted Not In The Dog House on several occasions and each time was assured that my order had been marked as despatched and the delivery agent would contact me shortly regarding delivery times. This message is obviously automated and should be ignored. I cannot make any comment as regards the quality of the products as I am still waiting. Totally unacceptable. If thye are having supply problems the should be honest enough to tell the customer.
