The box was drenched in the melting items inside. When the box was opened, the nuggets were mulch. No ice or suitable packaging to keep the food from melting. Appalling.
On top of this, the delivery carrier could only hand the parcel in (leaving it at a safe place wasn't allowed). Considering the conditions the parcel was in after only a few hours unattended, I will not order again until they sort the whole delivery issue.
