Due to a disability which makes carrying dog difficult, I thought I’d found the perfect answer by having my dogs food delivered. The food is expensive hypoallergenic so I took advantage of the 10% off for first time customers. My bill was £170 , it has not arrived , I’ve had to buy food from elsewhere because of this which has had significant financial implications Absolutely no response to several emails , appalling customer service , it’s a shame I have had to award 1 star , as being treated so badly merits no stars
