If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order on the 25th of April of nearly 50 GBP value. This order consisted of various frozen raw food items (this part is important). By April 30th I had not received any shipping notification or further correspondence so I emailed the company to enquire when the order would likely be dispatched. On may 2nd, the company responded to say my order would be leaving the warehouse that day and would be with me within a couple of days. I then received a generic email saying my order had been delayed. On may 4th I finally received a shipping confirmation (two days after I was told the order would be leaving). On may 6th I had not yet received my order. Bare in mind this was a shipment or frozen food. I contacted the seller to find out what was going on— I received no reply. On may 8th I once more contacted the company as my order was still not delivered and I had no tracking information. At this point, I advised the seller that the food would not be fit for use when it arrived and that I’d like a refund. This, too, was ignored. On may 10th, my order was still not delivered and I once again contacted the company and requested a refund for failure to deliver the goods. This was finally acknowledged and I was told my order had been cancelled and a refund issued— which suggests to me it had never been shipped in the first place! Absolutely terrible experience and would not recommend, nor will I be using this company in the future.
