Didn't receive my parcel within the time frame specified. I asked for an update I.e. tracking details, which courier the package was with and status update. None of this was provided. After continued follow up with limited to no response, I have requested a refund. They did respond ASAP to confirm receipt of email and that a refund will be processed within 5-10 days. Hopefully I receive this on time.
For me the real lack of clarity around the delivery, by being unreliable and not having tracking details it makes it really hard to plan out your dogs food. Really disappointed as I like to support small business' where I can. After reading the reviews, with many aligning to my own experience. I will not purchase from here again.
