After two weeks I emailed to find out where my order was and was told it had just been prepared (didn’t believe that) and a further week later I emailed again saying I still had no order. I cancelled my order after saying I would be contacting my credit card company. It was cancelled without an apology or any effort put in to suggesting that they would look into where the order is. If that order had been processed and dispatched I would’ve received it. I’ll never use this company again. A pity as they had been recommended.
