I am still waiting for my order, three weeks up to now! enough said.
Perhaps before asking for feedback, it might be worth ensuring the customer has received their goods, otherwise asking for feedback might be considered taking the mick as it were, just a thought.
As for the question, Was your delivery on time? how long did it take? see where I'm going it starts to get rather offensive.
Please please don't waste any more of my time and just deliver the goods. Perhaps if more time was spent on customer service than looking for a pat on the back, customers such as me and Toby (he's the dog) would be better pleased. Maybe tomorrow Tobes.
