Ignored, lied to and an overall awful experience! Unfortunately didn’t check the reviews before purchasing which ultimately means it’s my fault. After placing my order I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them an option to either refund me or just post in a timely manner. I was told the order with fulfilled within only a few hours which was a result… short lived of course. I was then told it wasn’t dispatched but in the same email that the order had been shipped but possibly lost…. A complete lie. Now they are just ignoring my requests to simply refund the order. The appropriate action has been taken and I highly doubt we will be seeing them for much longer :) Will be glad to get my money back and of course the closing of this awfully run business that continues to lie to customers to buy themself time to try and get out of the sh*tshow of a mess they have got themselves in.
