**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** I have placed 2 separate orders with this company for a dog bed and dog food, I have not received either of my orders nor a notification of my tracking numbers and they were both placed towards the end of April. I have requested a full refund for both and have been told by the same customer service rep 'Tom' each time, they would be refunded within 5-10 working days, I have not received any refunds either, totalling £80. I have since googled this company and it appears they have been on WatchDog and have really bad reviews generally and do the same with most customers. It is really sad as they look like a reputable company looking at their website.
