Ordered dog food, as my dog needed to eat. Simple process. Sadly everything after that has been non existent. 3 weeks after ordering I get a notification that the order has been passed to the warehouse. 4 weeks later it's still not dispatched. Dog is now starving!
This is despite chasing them up via email (phone calls just go to an automated answer service), a request to cancel the order going unanswered, etc etc.
Easy to order. Impossible to get the goods.
If your dog is hungry, don't order from this cowboy outfit.
